Hazleton Art League hosts many cultural and community events throughout the year for the benefit and enrichment of the Greater Hazleton Area community. Below you will find upcoming community events, fundraisers, and exhibitions.
Acoustic Jam | Special Guest Lineup
Lineup: Sweet Anne Marie, Joe Wolfe, Condition Oakland, Ted Hazard, and Betty White Devil.
Doors open at 6:00pm. — $5.00 entry fee.
Simultaneous Revolutions: Reading and Discussion with the Authors
Friday, October 27th at 7:00pm, Authors G.H. Mosson and Marcus Colasurdo will be partnering with the Art League for a celebratory spooky reading and in depth discussion of their book Simultaneous Revolutions which will be undergoing a second printing on PM PRESS.
Hazleton Art League Dinner & Meeting
Hazleton Art League will be hosting a dinner at The Pines Eatery and Spirits. Tickets include a choice of two entrées, potato or pasta, vegetable, salad, dessert, coffee, tea and soft drinks. A cash bar will also be available as well as live music!

Board elections will be held as well as a vote to approve the new bylaws
NEPADOC: a film by David Heineman
Screening Location: Main Gallery of Hazleton Art League.

NEPADOC is a new feature-length documentary about intersections of environment, industry, and identity in Northeastern Pennsylvania over the past 300 years. Inspired by non-verbal documentary film landmarks such as Koyaanisqatsi and Baraka, NEPADOC blends 4K cinematography, local historical footage, and a sweeping score into a dizzying and contemplative meditation on culture, place, and public memory. The story of this place is the story of many places.
